FROM Atlanta, GA: I-75 west to 575 north. Travel 575 to 76 north, and then take 76 to 17 north. Go north on 17 to 69, and the Sundowner RV Village is on McDonald Road (on the right). FROM Asheville, NC: 74 west to 64, and then go west to Hayesville. Then turn left onto 69, and go 3 miles to McDonald Road (on the left).

Sundowner RV Village is nestled in the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains close to the Georgia State Line. Our unique location allows us to take advantage of all the beauty and activities that Lake Chatuge, the Nantahala National Forest of North Carolina, the Chattahoochee National Forest of Georgia and the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee have to offer.

Sundowner RV Village is an All American RV Club park, offering this special discount to members of All American RV Parks. Sundowner RV Village makes and enforces their own rules and regulations. Your All American RV Parks membership card is required to gain entry.
